By accessing or using the services provided by Yellow Door Ventures LLC, doing business as Sonny Calls ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Users who submit their contact details will be enrolled in Yellow Door Ventures LLC SMS communication program for SMS notifications, alerts & occasional marketing messages.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@sonnycalls.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive varying message frequencies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

3. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

4. Account Registration

To use our services, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Consent for Senior Call Recipients

By enrolling a senior loved one in the Yellow Door Ventures LLC service, you represent and warrant that you have obtained appropriate consent from the call recipient, or that you have the legal authority to consent on their behalf, for Yellow Door Ventures LLC to:

• Place AI-generated phone calls to the recipient
• Record and process the conversations
• Generate and share conversation summaries with authorized family members

6. SMS Communications

By opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Yellow Door Ventures LLC at the phone number you provide. Messages may include appointment confirmations, call summaries, service updates, and follow-up communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your Yellow Door Ventures LLC service.

7. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge that Yellow Door Ventures LLC uses artificial intelligence to conduct phone conversations and generate summaries. AI-generated conversations and summaries may not always be perfectly accurate. Yellow Door Ventures LLC is not a substitute for human companionship, medical care, mental health services, or emergency services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of our service.

8. Payment and Billing

Fees for the Yellow Door Ventures LLC service are as described at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. Refund policies will be communicated at the time of purchase.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm any person
• Misrepresent your identity or authority to consent on behalf of a call recipient

All content, technology, and materials associated with Yellow Door Ventures LLC, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and AI models, are the property of Yellow Door Ventures LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yellow Door Ventures LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Yellow Door Ventures LLC service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
